The Proline 5000 is our most popular transmission and is rated to 2000 HP. It includes all our best parts except those extreme HP options of the PL5500. The PL 5000 has been in more Big Dollar Bracket winner’s car than all the others combined! Designed for those drivers who want only the best when it comes to their vehicle’s transmission system, this state-of-the art automatic transmission assembly provides superior performance and extreme durability to meet or exceed the toughest industry standards.
Disassembly Process and Cleaning
- Complete disassembly of the entire transmission, all wearable “soft parts” are discarded.
- Casing and housings are washed in our 190-degree hot wash tank.
- Hard parts are thoroughly inspected and then either discarded or hand washed
- Casing is thoroughly checked for any cracks or damage
- Factory Casing is fully sand blasted
